The TLC Spring It Forward Giveaway is giving fans an opportunity to win $5,000 in cash. The promotion, running from March 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. ET, to May 22, 2025, at 8:59 a.m. ET, is open for eligible participants.

The grand prize winner will receive $5,000, awarded in the form of a check. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $5,000. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
