Entry Details
To enter this sweepstakes, individuals can receive one free base entry. Additional bonus entries can be obtained by purchasing a Wild About Sprouts product and uploading a photo of the receipt. Alternatively, participants can send a mail-in entry by hand-printing their name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email on a 3×5 index card and mailing it to The WildWins Wardrobe Makeover Sweeps, PO Box 1843, Montague, NJ 07827. Participants are allowed to accumulate up to six entries in total, consisting of one base entry and up to five bonus entries.
The deadline for entries is July 15, 2026. This sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
One grand prize winner will be awarded $2,500 in Visa Gift Cards, which can be used for a new wardrobe.
