Entry Details
To enter the sweepstakes, participants can complete an official entry form available on Travelpro’s website. The entry period runs from October 17, 2025, to November 17, 2025. Each person is allowed only one entry, and accuracy in providing contact information is crucial. Entrants must also meet certain eligibility criteria, specifically being a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years old. Notably, employees and their immediate families affiliated with the sponsor are excluded from participating.
The grand prize encompasses round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major nearby airport to Portland International Jetport, a three-night hotel stay based on double occupancy, and a $175 ride share gift card. The travel must be completed by the end of 2026, but the winner should be aware of potential blackout dates. Expenses beyond the prize, such as meals and gratuities, are the winner’s responsibility, and availability is subject to sponsor discretion.
A random drawing for the winner will take place around November 18, 2025, and all winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry. Acceptance of the prize requires the signing of a declaration and liability release within three days.
