To enter this sweepstakes, individuals can obtain an automatic entry by placing an order using the ‘Buy One Footlong, Get One Free’ offer through the Subway app or on subway.com. Alternatively, entry is possible without a purchase by sending an email to breadsaver@subway.com. The email subject line should state “Subway Tax Day Refund Sweepstakes,” and the body must include the entrant’s full name, telephone number, and the email address associated with their Subway Sub Club membership. A Subway Sub Club membership is noted as a requirement to be eligible for entry.
There is a limit of one entry per person. The sweepstakes concludes on April 15, 2026. Participation is open to individuals who meet general eligibility requirements and are 18 years of age or older. Each of the 1,040 winners will be awarded one free footlong offer, delivered as a digital coupon.
