There are two methods to enter this sweepstakes. One way to enter is by purchasing a participating Mountain Dew product and scanning the can or bottle with a device camera. Alternatively, individuals may enter without making a purchase by handprinting their name, address, date of birth, email, and phone number on a 3×5 index card and mailing it to: American DEW Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 90365, Nashville, TN 37209.
