To participate, eligible individuals can submit an online entry form. Entrants must be expecting a child or be the parent or guardian of a child under the age of three. The entry frequency is limited to one initial online entry per person for each of the six drawing periods, with the opportunity to earn up to five bonus entries per drawing period.
