There are two methods for entry into this sweepstakes. One way involves uploading a receipt from a food delivery service. This receipt must originate from the year 2025 and clearly indicate the inclusion of a food delivery fee or service fee. The delivery itself can be from any food delivery provider, not exclusively Grubhub. The alternative entry method is by mail-in, which does not require a purchase or food delivery. For this option, participants need to provide their entry information on a postcard and mail it to Golin Chicago, Attn: Grubhub Fee Return Sweepstakes, 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza, Suite 500, Chicago, IL, 60654. The postcard entry must also include the sentence: “Please enter my name in the Grubhub Fee Return Sweepstakes for me.”
Each participant is limited to a single entry. The Grubhub Fee Return Sweepstakes began on April 6, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude on April 15, 2026. This sweepstakes is available to individuals in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age.
