Entry Details
To participate, eligible individuals can submit their information through the online entry form. There is a limit of a single entry per person. The sweepstakes is open to individuals living in the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. All entries must be received before the deadline on September 27, 2026.
The grand prize winner will receive a Chuck E. Cheese Ultimate Fun Birthday Party Package for up to ten children, a Spot It! Ultimate Bundle Prize Pack containing a variety of games, and a Chuck E. Cheese merchandise package featuring clothing and collectible toys. A second winner will receive the Spot It! Ultimate Bundle Prize Pack and the Chuck E. Cheese merchandise package. Additionally, 25 other winners will each receive a Spot It! Classic Game.
