There are two methods for entry. Individuals can enter with a purchase by spending at least $30 on Blue Wilderness dog food or treats and then uploading a copy of their receipt. Alternatively, a mail-in entry is available, where participants can hand print their entry information, including the breed and age of their dog, on a 3×5 card and mail it to the provided address: Blue Wilderness Made for Adventure Sweepstakes, PO Box 5018, Department 13879, Stacy, MN 55078-5018. A household is limited to three entries, regardless of the entry method used. The sweepstakes began on March 2, 2026, and is scheduled to conclude on May 15, 2026. Participation is open to individuals in the fifty United States and DC who are 18 years of age or older, and dog ownership is a requirement. The grand prize is valued at $8,496.00.
