Active Disney+ subscribers can log into the Disney+ Perks portal with their account credentials and complete the online entry form. Alternatively, a free mail-in entry option is available by hand printing contact information on a card and sending it to the designated sweepstakes address.
Participants can submit their entries on a daily entry basis. The promotion closes on October 22, 2026, and all mail-in submissions must be postmarked by this deadline.
