Win a 7-Night Wellness Resort Stay

The Hilton Head Health Story Contest, hosted by Hilton Head Health, is giving away an all-inclusive wellness getaway to multiple lucky winners. Six grand prize winners will each receive a resort package designed to promote personal health and rejuvenation.

Entry Details

To participate, individuals must submit a short essay or video focusing on the Hilton Head Wellness Resort. Previous guests are asked to share how their experience at the resort affected their life and why they would like to return. Those who have not stayed at the resort before can share why this is the ideal time for a wellness reset and how the trip could help them begin their next chapter. Because this is a contest, all entries will be judged to determine the winners.

This promotion allows for a single entry per person. Anyone who is at least 21 years of age and living in the United States or District of Columbia is eligible to join. The contest begins on September 1, 2026, and entries will be accepted through November 30, 2026.

The prize includes a seven-night stay in a Comfort King Room at Hilton Head Health, daily meals, healthy snacks, access to an onsite beverage station, and experience programming featuring over 50 group fitness and educational classes. Please note that winners must arrange their own transportation to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
