Win a $25,000 Youth Soccer Grant
The CVS Home Team Heroes Contest, sponsored by CVS, is now accepting nominations for a chance to win a $25,000 youth soccer organization grant along with a variety of prizes for a young athlete’s team.
Entry Details
To participate, parents or guardians can submit an online nomination for their child between the ages of 7 and 15 who is active in a youth soccer team or organization. The entry process involves sharing a written story about how the child is making a difference in their community, how soccer has helped shape who they are, and what being crowned a Home Team Hero would mean to them and their community. Participants must also upload several supporting photos showing their child’s soccer participation or community involvement.
The contest allows for a single entry per person. The deadline to submit a nomination is September 25, 2026. This opportunity is open to parents or guardians who are at least 18 years of age and living in the United States or District of Columbia, with a child aged 7 to 15 who is an active member of a youth soccer team or organization. All entries will be judged to select the winners.
Two grand prize winners will each receive a $25,000 grant awarded as a check to the nominee’s soccer organization, a signed soccer ball from a sponsor-selected athlete, a team block party, and the opportunity for the nominee’s likeness to be featured on Well Market packaging. Additionally, two runner-up winners will each receive a $10,000 grant for their soccer organization and a signed soccer ball.
