There are two methods for entry: by purchase or by mail-in. To enter by purchase, participants need to use their Hy-Vee Perks rewards card and buy an eligible product. For mail-in entry, individuals can hand print their personal information on a 3×5 card and send it to Hy-Vee Perks Rewards Program, Passport to Italy Giveaway – Entry, 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-8223. Entry is permitted daily. The giveaway began on February 1, 2026, and concludes on March 8, 2026. Participation is open to individuals in IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, SD, and WI who are 18 years of age or older. Each of the two hundred winners will receive one $250 Hy-Vee gift card.
